Load and unload label rolls in seconds with unique Quick Chucks. There are three widths to choose from: 170 mm (standard), 220 mm and 270 mm for wide labels. All “Quick Chucks” axles can withstand a maximum bale weight of 12 kg. Labelmate UNI-CAT is fast, allowing you to wrap labels up to 125 cm/s. Has a reverse feed process as well as variable control voltage between the printer and the winder. UNI-CAT is made of only quality materials, has a solid steel construction and non-slip feet to keep the device from moving. The UNI-CAT is designed without belts or clutches, thus reducing the need for maintenance. Comes with a tension handle that ensures the labels are rolled evenly across the roll. It also ensures that the wrapper does not pull the labels from the printer. The tension handle can be used on both sides of the wrapper and the labels can be rotated in either direction.
