Production of bags

We produce printed paper bags in all sizes and shapes. We produce printed gift bags from 100 pcs. Printing: offset printing ( Pantone or CMYK), screen printing on decorative papers. Bag packing: packing of the bottom of the bag with 450gsm cardboard, packing of the handle with 800gsm.

Bag laces:

synthetic 5 mm and 7 mm
cotton 5 mm and 7 mm
ripstop or satin ribbon laces 15 and 25 mm (knotted)
15 mm and 25 mm ribbon or satin ribbon laces (glued)
PVC lace 5 or 6 mm

Postpress work:

Gloss or matt laminate
Matt laminate: anti-scratch (scratch resistant)
Soft touch, linen texture, leather texture laminate
UV varnishing, foiling
Stamping, congreve

We also design mailers, prepare files for printing, cutting, UV varnishing, foiling, etc.

Paper bags are made to specific cut sizes. The dimensions of our available die-cut forms are shown below. On request, we can produce the cutting forms to your desired dimensions at an additional cost.

We produce: laminated paper gift bags, eco-friendly paper bags, paper bags for drinks bottles, paper bags with foil, bags with partial UV varnish printing, bags with silk screen printing, bags with a Pantone colour of your choice, bags with flat ribbon handles, kraft paper bags, custom bags.
