Semi-automatic label applicator for cylindrical products with a diameter of 25 mm to 160 mm.
STS808 is the perfect solution for applying labels. It can apply one or two different labels on one product if they are printed on the same roll. Label scanning with an ultrasonic label sensor allows you to work with a variety of labels, including transparent labels. Gluing speed – from 450 to 800 units per hour (depending on the operator’s work speed, container diameter and label length).
Setup and operation is quick and easy.
Before starting the work process, it is necessary to set up the label sensor for the labels in use. Parameters are also set that depend on the length of the label and the diameter of the product. There is a counter that shows the number of sealed products.
Management:
1. Select settings,
2. Put the product into the applicator,
3. Press the foot switch and your label will be applied.
