LD-100-RS-SS peeler uses peeler and sticker delivery by detecting the edge of the released sticker with the help of an optical sensor. This peeler is not recommended for transparent or black labels, the LD-100-U-SS peeler with a special sensor is suitable for these materials. Preparation for work is extremely easy, in less than 30 seconds you can prepare the device for work. There is only one simple adjustment of the label length – there is a reflection sensor under the label that reliably senses the edge of the sticker, you only need to set its position and you are ready for work.
Once the operator picks up a label, the next one is automatically and quickly fed at the desired speed using one of 2 speed settings. We also include a reinforced power source, which allows you to achieve a higher speed of issuing labels.
Possible outside diameters of rolls: standard up to 220mm, with AWB option up to 265mm and with LD-DE option up to 300mm.
